CAOS is an organization that is centered on the operation of collegiate events and is specifically designed to facilitate the exchange of information among intercollegiate event management personnel. Each year, CAOS members gather for a week-long conference where they are presented with a tailored series that focuses on current topics within the collegiate event industry.

Sponsored by Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC), the annual CAOS conference promotes the professional development of operations’ staff and institutions and serves to improve interagency communication and collaboration. The conference uses multiple presentation formats, including lectures, case studies, small group discussions, table top exercises, panel discussions, and practical applications. The 2012 conference will be held June 12 – 15, 2012 at the Woodside Ranch Resort in Mauston, Wisconsin.
